I fondly remember Paul ('Bog') as our Guildford Crus Keynights Leader, every Friday Night (if memory serves me well?) at the then Family Home in Guildford.
Along with several other reprobates (mostly the RGS Crew): Robert 'Hoddy' Hodson, Steve 'Wally' Wallace, Richard Jennings etc, etc - we gathered each week (as well as on Sunday afternoons, at the Main Hall at Stoke Park), to learn from the Bible and from each other, under Paul's patient, wise and encouraging Leadership.
Much hilarity ensued, including some 'wag' triggering the domestic alarm system (with the key to turn off again proving tricky to locate, I seem to remember?). I also distinctly remember his (very impressive, at the time!) brand-spanking-new 'W Reg' White Ford Special Edition 'Crusader' Escort - and how clever of Paul to get it suitably badged! ;-)
Have lost touch over the (many) intervening years, but Paul will always live in the memory as a selfless, fun-to-be-with and very patient (with us spotty youth) Man of God.
